Welcome to MindFit Yoga

Hello!

I am Becky, yoga teacher and founder of mindfityoga, based in the stunning North York Moors.
My aim is to make yoga accessible to all and to make it an enjoyable experience. Yoga can help you to improve and sustain your mobility, strength and balance, whilst giving time to find space for mindfulness and relaxation.

I hold both in-person and remote sessions so you can choose which works best for you.
In-person sessions are held at the Hut, Goathland, YO22 5LY, each Thursday. See the Timetable page for more information. Your first session is free, so come along and give it a try!
Remote sessions, subject to availability, are held on Zoom:
  • These are ideal as a block of 8 private sessions as an introduction to yoga; go at your own pace and build up confidence before joining an in-person class
  • Struggling for time? Remote sessions can mean that you can find the space to have a regular class. Can be arranged as 121 private tuition or small group
  • Or come along to the open classes, as advertised.
